QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING & COUNCIL NOTES
Various reports from last Sunday’s voters meeting are in the narthex. A report from the New School Building Committee indicated that at some point in the coming months options and costs for both a remodeled school and a new school will be displayed for the congregation to fully apprise us of all options and obtain input before any decisions are made. COUNCIL: Luther High Tuition Assistance was allocated for the coming school year in the amount of $350.00 for each our 7 students attending Luther next year. Grants for our two members attending Martin Luther College were allocated in the amount of $250.00 each to be matched by MLC). Mr. Mark Larson will serve as a delegate to the synod convention, July 29 – Aug. 1 at Martin Luther College, New Ulm. Vacation Info: Pastor & Mrs. Hefti will leave the morning of Friday, May 24 and return, God-willing, the evening of Tues. June 4 in time for the June 5 Council meeting. Pastor Kevin Lisk will conduct services on May 26. Pastor Roger Sachs will conduct services on June 2. Any urgent pastoral needs may be referred to Pastor Schultz in Barre Mills (786-1742).
