GROW IN GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE NEW YEAR
The Bible encourages us to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18 EHV). We want to know more about our Savior and His Word when we are 50 than when we are 5. We want to have a deeper relationship with Him next year than this year. That happens when we “search the Scriptures,” as Jesus said. In our midweek Bible Hour (Tues. 7 p.m. & Wed. 9 a.m.) we get to read someone else’s mail, so to speak. We have just opened Paul’s letter to some troubled believers in Galatia. In our shorter Sunday Bible study (9:15 – 9:40 a.m.), we are walking through the New Testament book of Hebrews. St. Paul says: “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly” (Colossians 3:16 EHV). Richly, not poorly! The Holy Spirit has so many riches to give us. We invite you to join us! No homework, no embarrassing questions. Just a weekly visit with Jesus in God’s own Book.

A REMINDER ABOUT SUNDAY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE
It is assumed that parents who do not send their children to our Christian Elementary School will surely want to provide their children with this weekly opportunity to learn the ABC’s of Bible History and Doctrine. All children are invited to attend our Sunday School: 9:10 – 9:50 a.m. at St. Paul’s School.
