BAPTISM – Chloe Addison Lund, daughter of Steven & Tasha Lund, is received into the kingdom of God’ s grace by the washing of water and the Word in this morning’ s second service.

QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING NOTES

Finance Committee will meet Tues. Nov. 23, 6:30 p.m. at church to prepare offering envelopes for 2011. Nominating Committee was approved by voters – Bart Horstman, Michael Langrehr Jr. and Todd Miller. The committee will meet in November. School enrollment this year is 57 in grades K-8 and 8 in Pre-K (65). Last year’ s enrollment was 54 in grades K-8 and 6 in Pre-K (60). Budget for 2011 was approved – an annual net budget of $402,856.54 (which does not include the projected $23,000.00 in fees paid each year by parents of our students). Thus a weekly net budget of $7,747.24 for 2011.

WELCOME into our midst Mishaal Khaled Al-Eisa, who is student-teaching at Luther High School. Mishaal attended WELS K-8 in Wyoming, Michigan, high school at Michigan Lutheran Seminary in Saginaw, MI and is currently in the teacher track at Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN. He is being hosted during his weeks of student teaching by our members Ken & Diane Thompson.
