WITH THE LORD – Donald Hesselberg passed away Saturday, July 8th at the age of 81. Services were here at the church this past Thursday. Altar Flowers are placed in his memory.

INTERESTED in marching with the St. Paul’s Reformation 500 float in the Bangor Fun Daze parade? Just show up. Interested in singing “live” or for a recording? Participating in the parade with another group? Join us for our rehearsals for taping! You can be part of two groups at once! Two more rehearsals will be held on Wednesdays, July 19, 26 – 7:00 p.m. – at the church. Actual recording in August.
QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING is next Sunday, July 23, 1:00 p.m. downstairs. Items on the agenda include: Scheduling of Christmas and New Year’s services and a proposal to renovate parsonage garage.
MR. ERIC DUVE, our new teacher at St. Paul’s, will be installed on Sunday, August 13 at the start of both services with a special welcome for Mr. & Mrs. Duve between services. A table for non-perishable food and household items, and a card box will be provided in the entry on August 13.
COMPLIMENTARY COPIES of the newly published Evangelical Heritage Version (EHV) New Testament & Psalms produced by The Wartburg Project, are still available in the narthex. (The complete Bible with the Old Testament will become available in the fall of 2019, a little over two years from now.)
