AT THE DOOR TODAY – A GIFT – PASS IT ON! Some time ago, our synod produced a half-hour video intended for sharing the good news of Christ, the risen Savior. We viewed it this past summer at our Family VBS. The video is entitled: Road To Emmaus. It depicts the risen Savior meeting up with two disciples that first Easter evening on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24). Jesus “opens the Scriptures” to them and explains God’s plan of salvation throughout the Bible. This DVD is being handed out at the door this morning free of charge thanks to the generosity of the St. Paul’s Ladies Aid. The intent of this gift is that you take it home and watch it with other members of your family – and that you then share it – especially with those who have no church home or who need to be introduced or re-introduced to their Savior. Ask them also to pass it on. Information about our church is provided on the back of the DVD. If you have a number of people in mind who would benefit from this DVD, feel free to ask the usher for an extra one. Just don’t let it gather dust. Watch it yourself…and then pass it on….

THE LENTEN SEASON HAS NOW BEGUN. There are again two opportunities to worship on the Wednesdays of Lent – 9:00 a.m. & 7:30 p.m. Please plan to join us! Due to picture taking sessions, there are no social hours following the Lenten services this year.
