NOTES FROM QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING
Various reports are in the narthex. Following a very sober and spiritual discussion of the challenges and gospel opportunities set before our congregation, a budget for 2018 was adopted. 3 key elements are: Synod mission commitment was reduced by 25% – a smaller cut than originally projected. Luther High commitment remains the same as last year. A full-time teacher will be called at the retirement of Mrs. Schmeling. This will bring our school back to 5 full-time teachers. The net annual budget for 2018 will be $505,469.39. The net weekly budget will be $9,720.57. (This net budget does not include the anticipated income of $30,000.00 from the parents of our school children in annual fees, etc.). Nominating Committee approved: Dan Arndt, Mike Horstman, Mark Larson.
