LADIES AID, EDUCATION COMMITTEE, & CHURCH COUNCIL NOTES
The St. Paul’s Ladies Aid will provide the decorative cake and fund the table decorations for the 125th anniversary. Ed. Comm. discussed plans for the eventual building of a new school. A congregational informational gathering will be held most likely on the last Sunday of October between services. Please watch the bulletin. Current school enrollment is 54 (including 9 PreK). Budget Committee meets Wed. Sept. 10 at 6:00 p.m. A position is available for clearing the walks at church this winter. For details, contact President Gary Horstman: 769-7687.
THE 125TH ANNIVERSARY OF ST. PAUL’S
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).
The observance will be Sunday, September 28th at 8 & 10 a.m.
Pastor Steven Olson will preach. Noon Potluck & Program follow at school gym. Various items from our congregation’s history will be on display. Any over-and-above special thank offerings will be designated for the renovation of the outside south stairs going up to the church.
