WELCOME TO WORSHIP
In the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, we welcome you to St. Paul’s. We especially welcome our guests who have joined us today. We pray that your soul will be strengthened by the good news of God’s forgiveness through Jesus.
PRAYER IN PREPARATION FOR TODAY’S WORSHIP
Lord Jesus, I face trials all day long in your name. The sinful world around me, the devil, and the sin within me all try to attack my active faith in you. Please come to my rescue in your Word and sacrament. Lift up my downtrodden heart and strengthen my resolve to trust and to honor you. By your Spirit help me keep the faith. In your name I pray. Amen.

There is a monthly rotation of names of men who serve as ushers at funerals, and we could use a couple more volunteers for the list. If you are willing and able to serve, please contact Paul Wittmershaus at 608-317-0585.
THANK YOU FROM LMSG
Dear Members of St. Paul’s,
Thank you for your meaningful gift to the Ammo Can Campaign during Military Appreciation Month. Your generous support of $581 to Lutheran Military Support Group is strengthening WELS and ELS military families through Christ-centered support, encouragement, and practical support for those who faithfully serve our nation. Your compassionate support is helping Service Members and Veterans answer God’s call to ministry.
Because of faithful supporters like you, your gifts also help provide things like: 20 scholarships for Veterans preparing to serve as WELS/ELS pastors, teachers, staff ministers, or civilian chaplains in 2025; 3 Workshops for Veterans and First Responders in Wisconsin and North Carolina, serving 52 attendees this year and 149 since 2024; Support for the upcoming Armor of God Spiritual Retreat in Rochester, Minnesota, October 8-11, 2026.
We thank God for partners like you whose generosity and prayers continue to bring the hope and healing found in Christ to military families across the country. Thank you for standing Shoulder to Shoulder in Service with our Nation’s warriors and their families.
He Reigns,
Brad Price
LMSG President and CEO
OUR BIBLE SISTERS
Despite a separation of thousands of years and miles, we’re much more like them than we first realize. This summer, you’re invited to join Women’s Ministry for an online Bible study focusing on “Our Bible Sisters.” Throughout this five-week series, we’ll look at more than just the heroic actions of biblical women. We’ll also consider how our unchanging God met these flawed, real women in their daily struggles and learn to find his grace, faithfulness, and purpose in our own daily realities. Please join us this summer as we get to know five of our Bible sisters better! The study is offered twice each week—8:00 a.m. (Central) on Saturday mornings and 7:00 p.m. (Central) on Monday evenings—starting July 11. Register at: gf.wels.net/womens-ministry-online-class-our-bible-sisters.
