EDUCATION COMMITTEE & CHURCH COUNCIL NOTES
Some tentative dates were announced – Installation of Mrs. Adickes on August 23, School registration on Aug. 30, School starting on Sept. 8. Please remember that these dates are subject to change. Renovation of school has started. Lockers and various interior walls have already been removed, etc. Robert Davis Bequest of $20,000.00 has been placed into money market for now until voters designate it. Anonymous gift of $5,000.00 has been given for various video and live streaming equipment.
COPIES OF OUR SHUT-IN LIST are on the table in the entry. Many cannot be visited at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please keep them in your prayers, and where possible perhaps give them a phone call of encouragement. There are others who receive private communion from time to time, but prefer not to be on the list.
GOOD STEWARD NOTESGood Steward will be accepting donations on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning June 9. Employment opportunities are posted in the entry and copies of the information are on the table in the entry.
