Our guest preacher for Harvest-Mission Festival today is Pastor Joel Neumann. Pastor Neumann serves as pastor at Faith Lutheran in Black River Falls & Cataract, WI. In addition to his duties as one of our circuit pastors, he is also involved in prison ministry in his area. Pastor Neumann will give a presentation on WELS Prison Ministry between services on the main floor (9:15 – 9:40 a.m.) We thank him for his message today.

PREPARING TO PROCLAIM CHRIST is an outreach/evangelism workshop for any of our members who are seeking ways to reach out to the unchurched and those who have wandered from the gospel. Those in our area WELS churches are invited to attend this opportunity at Christ Lutheran, West Salem, Sat. Oct. 12, 9 am – Noon.

We will host the LWMS Fall Mission Rally here on Sunday, October 20. We could use some extra hands. If you are willing to help at all, please contact Ruth Elsen, 486-2921. For the Hispanic Ministry of Menasha, WI, we are accepting new or gently used winter apparel: coats, hats, sweaters, mittens, scarves, and socks. Deadline is October 20. LWMS FALL RALLY will be hosted here at St. Paul’s on Sunday, October 20. NO Fellowship Hour between services on that Sunday so Ladies can set up.
