EDUCATION COMMITTEE & CHURCH COUNCIL NOTES
Education Fees for Pre-school & K-8 were set for next school year. Information is available from the school office. New or remodeled school discussion: In the last few years, two open forums for all our members were held between services. Acquisition of donated land adjacent to school is within reach. The survey authorized by the voters will take place when the weather allows. When the deed is actually in hand, and hard estimates are received on various options such as cost to build new or remodel are received, then all our members will again be invited to an open forum to offer input and ask questions. Among issues to be considered is the actual state of the current building which was presented at one of the previous forums. Men and women of our congregation are also invited to contact members of the Education Committee & Church Council to offer their input. Thanks for your patience as we gather the actual facts needed for a profitable discussion of various options. Education Committee & Church Council will meet jointly following the Ash Wednesday evening service on March 1.
