WITH THE LORD – Lloyd Niedfeldt passed away on Saturday, May 21 at the age of 89. Funeral services were held here at the church yesterday. Flowers are placed in his memory.

MONDAY EVENING ‘REPEAT’ SERVICES will again be held June through August, at 7:00 p.m. starting Mon. June 6. (No Monday Service on July 4).
ADORATION CHOIR will again host the Fathers’ Day Pie and Ice Cream Social and bake sale between services on June 19.

WELS GRIEF SUPPORT: The next meeting for our grief support at St. John’s in Barre Mills will be Tuesday, June 7 at 7 p.m. The theme for the evening will be “’God’s Yellow Pages’; Where can I go when I…” If you, or someone you know is grieving the loss of a loved one, please come for Christian support and encouragement from God’s word. GERMANY TRIP IN 2020: Pastor Schultz from St. John, Barre Mills and his good friend Pastor Unke are planning to lead a trip to Luther land sites in Germany in 2020. The trip will visit the sites and the areas of the Lutheran Reformation. We will also see the Oberamergau Passion Play which is performed every ten years, along with other places in Bavaria. We are getting this notice out early to see what interest there is and so people can plan ahead.
