Our thanks to Pastor Lloyd Harter for conducting services this weekend. Pastor Lloyd Harter was born and raised in La Crosse, WI. He is the fourth of 9 children born to Gary and Sharon Harter.
He attended Immanuel Lutheran School in La Crosse, Luther High School, Martin Luther College, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, graduating this last spring, accepting an assignment to serve as the 3rd pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in Antioch, IL. Pastor Harter also graduated this last spring from Concordia University -Wisconsin with a Master of Church Music degree. Pastor Harter spent his vicar year at Abiding Grace Lutheran Church in Covington, GA.
God-willing, Pastor Harter will be ordained and installed July 24 at 2 P.M. at Faith Lutheran in Antioch. May the Lord bless him as he begins his ministry in Antioch, Illinois. [Pastor Hefti will be back in town by Tuesday.]

ST. PAUL’S HAVING FUN! Those interested in being a part of the St. Paul’s Church and School entry in the Fun Daze parade in August, please contact Mrs. Hefti, 486-2754 or 792-8356 or We will be putting together an entry that will sing along with Brad Gollnik on guitar.

OUR AFRICAN MEDICAL MISSION is in need of empty prescription bottles. A box in is the entry. Please remove labels, Ladies Aid will ship them.

WELS FAIR BOOTH INFO – Donations of book bags and all manner of school supplies to hand out to kids who need them are being gathered for the fair booth. A table in the entry way has been placed to receive these. For further information, contact Brad Gollnik. Brad & Sue Gollnik will cover St. Paul’s turn on Wed. July 13.
