WELCOME TO WORSHIP
In the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, we welcome you to St. Paul’s. We especially welcome our guests who have joined us today. We pray that your soul will be strengthened by the good news of God’s forgiveness through Jesus.
PRAYER IN PREPARATION FOR TODAY’S WORSHIP
Lord God, I suffer each day under weight of my sin and sin’s effects. Hear and answer my cry for mercy. Lift up my eyes to see the various ways you make your compassion evident, including how you send shepherds to guide and care for me. Help me lift up my voice in praise of your constant care through my song and prayer today. In Jesus I pray. Amen.

NEWS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
NEW MEMBER WELCOME
Sid Nyholm is being publicly welcomed into membership with us today. We praise the Lord of the Harvest that he has blessed us with another brother in our congregation of saints. Make sure to say hi and welcome Sid today, and keep him in your prayers as the Lord continues to work through him in this ministry we share.
DIVINE CALL EXTENDED
This past Wednesday our council extended a divine call to Susan Riediger to teach in the lower grades at St. Paul’s school. Please keep Sue in your prayers as she considers where she can best serve the Lord’s lambs. If you would like to reach out to Sue about the call, you can contact her at 262-346-3068 or sueriediger@hotmail.com.
SCREEN APPROVED FOR SANCTUARY
After months of consideration and discussion, the council has approved installation of one display (screen) in the sanctuary on the left wall between the Alpha symbol and hymn board for use during worship, for WELS Connections, and for presentations. The installation will coincide with other technology improvements that will be made during the summer remodel. We pray the Lord help us use the screen to enhance our worship of him, our hearing and learning from his Word, and our edification through the gospel message of Christ.
SUMMER COMES, BUT THE WORD IS STILL NEEDED
Schedules get busy in the summer and there’s lots to do, but don’t forget that the devil, the world, and our sinful flesh do not take vacations. Though we don’t have organized group Bible study at the church during the summer months, make sure to stay in the Word at worship (Sunday or Monday) or with at-home Bible study and devotions. If you would like personal Bible study materials, I’m happy to help find what you’d be interested in.

CONCERT IN THE PARK
You are invited to a Stephen Bautista Concert in the Lunda Park (1400 Tyler Street, Black River Falls) hosted by Faith Lutheran Church on Tuesday, June 20, 7:00-8:00 pm. His musical style has been compared to that of James Taylor, with lyrics that are not only well-crafted, but convey a clear Gospel message. He sings with his daughter, Marissa Renee. In addition to sponsoring the band, Faith Lutheran is providing free popcorn and lemonade. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. In case of a stormy weather tune to WWIS Radio 99.7 FM to hear if the concert will be moved to the church building.
Stephen and his family are WELS members who travel around the country for their full-time Christian music mission. Their goal is to “enlighten the lost and encourage the found” with Stephen’s original, Christ-centered music. Along with his daughter Marissa, Stephen shares his music in a very compelling yet soothing style, while conveying a solid gospel message. Stephen has five professionally produced CDs. His music is also available online at www.StephenBautistaMusic.com, iTunes, Amazon, and most other online outlets.
