QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING was held last Monday evening. Voters approved a change in the times of evening meetings, classes and services here at St. Paul’s – from the current 7:30 p.m. time slot to 7:00 p.m. This change in all evening meetings and worship services will take effect Jan. 1. Voters approved the 2014 Budget – – an annual net budget of $398,233.00. (This net budget does not include the projected $23,000.00 in fees paid each year by parents of our students). Thus the weekly net budget for 2014 will be $7,658.32, which is a reduction from the weekly net budget of $8070.76 for this current year of 2013. This reduction is due in large measure to recent staffing reductions at our school. Nominating Committee was approved (Bradley Gollnik, Rick Hatz, Gerald Herman). The committee will meet November 6, 7:30p.m. in Mr. Payne’s room.

LUTHER FRUIT SALE – now through December 2. (Check with Wendy or Ashley Urbanek or Robert Horstman, about sales)

DONATIONS of cash or non-perishable food items will be received this year on three Sundays – November 3, 10, 17 for the local food pantry.

FINANCE COMMITTEE meets Monday, Nov. 25, 6:00 p.m. downstairs to prepare offering envelopes for 2014.
